The sun shone brightly, the alumni turned out in droves, and the football team won: all of which added up to a fabulous Homecoming Weekend! The Class of 1965, the newest members of the Old Guard, topped the reunion charts with 110 classmates in attendance, the largest percentage of any reunion class (48 percent). The Class of 1965 also presented the largest class gift ($12,100,000), with 58 percent participation. Total reunion giving exceeded $18 million.

From Thursday night’s Board of Fellows Medallion Dinner, to Friday afternoon’s Harmon Wall Ceremony, to Saturday morning’s Alumni Parade, the celebration and ceremony were nonstop. A highlight for many was the “Year of Transformation” Lunch and Launch in Kreitzberg Arena, featuring a visit from Alden Partridge himself!

Next year’s Homecoming will honor classes ending in “1” and “6.” More Homecoming highlights begin on page 34.
